HOW TO GET STARTED
Get started by booking an orientation and assessment.
ORIENTATION and ASSESSMENT
Truly, the first meeting is an opportunity for your instructor to hear from you and observe your movement-patterns as they put you through specific exercises. This process allows them to identify where focus should be placed during your upcoming sessions. Whether you're scheduling private lessons or semi-private classes, during this session we will establish rapport and through movement - a 'framework' to 'build' from.

MAT PILATES classes
PRIVATE vs. SEMI-PRIVATE
COMPREHENSIVE 1:1 Mat work, reformer, trapeze table, barrel(s), wunda-chair, tower, magic circle, foot-corrector; these are just some of Joseph Pilates 'designs'. Get a well rounded workout during these sessions while you learn how to use each piece of equipment and prop over time. Your instructor will create a program tailored specifically to you.

RESTORATIVE REFORMER
all levels
SEMI-PRIVATE Based on what we learn during the orientation and assessment, we will know where to place you. If you have no prior experience on Pilates equipment or with the foundational elements (e.g. breath, how to organize your body on the reformer and execute some beginner exercises, etc.) * you will be required to take a minimum of 5 lessons with our lead instructor to prepare you for these classes. If after 5 you are not prepared, we will get you there!

" Alease is a wonderful and caring instructor. After sustaining a back injury, I needed help gaining strength and flexibility. Alease honored my limitations while teaching me and challenging me to push my boundaries. It's been a great experience. I highly recommend the studio and Alease. "

★★★★★
" I have had the incredible opportunity to study GYROTONIC movement with Alease these past six months. During this time, she has helped me alleviate chronic pain issues, due to a previous injury, that had not been addressed after many months of physical therapy. I also appreciate her thoughtful approach, which enables her to adapt and move at a pace that is appropriate for each client. I would encourage anyone looking to heal and expand their kinesthetic knowledge to try a class. It's been an amazingly positive experience. So grateful! "
